Mr. Holscher’s practice areas include commercial and residential real estate law, corporate law, business law and municipal law. Mr. Holscher graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 1969 and received his JD degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 1973. He serves as General Counsel for First South Bank and conducts residential and commercial real estate closings, including major land developments. He also serves as chairman of First South Bank.
Mr. Holscher has received the AV® Peer Review Rating from Martindale-Hubbell.
