Mr. Francisco’s practice areas include wills, estate planning, probate law, corporate law and municipal law. He graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University in 1968 and received his JD degree from Wake Forest University in 1975. He served in the U.S. Army from 1968 to 1972. Mr. Francisco serves as General Counsel for the Mid-East Commission and Tri-County Communications, Inc. and is a board member of both the Beaufort County Community College Foundation and the Beaufort County Health Department. He performs estate planning, including wills and trusts, and assists in the estate administration process.
Mr. Francisco has received the AV® Peer Review Rating from Martindale-Hubbell.
